  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times may be longer during peak periods or promotions.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly stated on our website.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK Orders: 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days after dispatch (times vary by destination)

Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if tracking is available for your shipping method).
  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

5. Delays and Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier backlogs, or events beyond our control.
  • Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

6. Customs and Import Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

7. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

  • It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
