At Adrenalize, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
1. Return Eligibility
- You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- Items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Request a Return
- Email us at concierge@adrenalize.store with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- We will confirm whether your return is accepted and provide a return shipping label along with instructions.
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue quickly.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item, and once accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original condition, with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
7. Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Bank or card processing times may vary.

8. Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt.
