How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your region:
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 2–11 business days
- North America & Pacific Rim: 3–17 business days
- East Asia & Middle East: 3–17 business days
- Oceania & Northen Europe: 3–17 business days

When will my order be dispatched?
Essentials typically move quickly. Batch Releases and Limited drops can include a short preparation window to complete the run and final checks before dispatch. If anything requires extra time, the expected timing will be reflected through checkout/order updates.
Where do you ship from?
Orders are fulfilled through carefully selected production and dispatch partners. Your piece ships from the facility best positioned for the safest route to you — chosen for reliability, not volume.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes. As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also view status anytime via Account → Orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t entered processing/dispatch yet, we can usually help. Email us immediately at concierge@adrenalize.store with your order number and the change requested. Once the order is in motion, edits may no longer be possible.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes.

Product & Care
What does “Essentials”, “Batch Release”, and “Limited” mean?
Essentials: always available — core pieces we keep in rotation.
Batch Release: produced and released in scheduled runs — when a run closes, the next release follows when the next batch is ready.
Limited: small-quantity releases — once it’s gone, it may not return.
How do I care for Parallettes — Pine and Gymnastic Rings — Birch?
Keep them dry, store away from humidity, and wipe with a clean cloth after use. Avoid leaving them on damp floors or in direct heat. If you ever feel the finish drying over time, a light, non-tacky wood conditioner can help.
How do I care for the Loop Band and Hip Loops — Woven Set?
Avoid sharp edges, rough surfaces, and excessive heat. Wipe clean after use and store flat or loosely rolled (not tightly folded) to preserve tension and weave.
How do I care for the Massage Gun — Mini / Pro?
Keep vents clear, avoid moisture, and wipe down after use. Only charge with the supplied cable/adapter spec. If the device feels hot, let it cool before charging or storing.
How do I care for the Weighted Speed Rope?
Wipe the handles/cable after use and keep it away from grit or abrasive floors where possible. Store coiled loosely to prevent kinks.
How do I care for the Deadlift Rack — Adjustable?
Wipe down regularly, keep adjustment points free of dust/sweat, and periodically check that fasteners/locking points remain secure.
Returns & Warranty
What is your returns policy?
If something isn’t right, contact concierge@adrenalize.store with your order number. We’ll confirm eligibility and the cleanest next step based on the item, condition, and reason. Refund Policy
My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos (and video if helpful). We’ll arrange the most appropriate resolution — replacement, refund, or a corrected item.
My tracking hasn’t updated / my parcel is delayed — what now?
Tracking can take a little time to refresh after dispatch. If it hasn’t moved for several days, message us and we’ll investigate with the carrier. During peak periods, minor carrier delays can occur.
My tracking shows “delivered” but I haven’t received it — what should I do?
Contact us immediately. We may ask you to confirm details for the carrier’s investigation before we can finalise the outcome.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved and issued, refunds return to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider — typically 5–10 business days.
Can I exchange an item?
To keep things clean and fast, we usually handle this as a refund once the return is confirmed, then you can place a new order for the preferred item (subject to availability).
